Russian troops drop six guided aerial bombs on one of largest reservoirs in Kharkiv region

Russian strikes targeted the dam of the Pechenezkyi Reservoir in the Kharkiv region. 

This was reported on television by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, according to Ukrinform.

"Today, the occupiers directed six guided aerial bombs at the Pechenihy dam in the Chuhuiv district. This is one of the largest reservoirs in the region and a critically important facility," Syniehubov said.

He noted that Russian forces have repeatedly targeted this site during the full-scale invasion.

As previously reported, on December 7, 2025, Russian troops also struck the dam of the Pechenezkyi Reservoir in the Kharkiv region.
