Russian forces strike bus stop in Kherson, leaving one dead and several injured
According to Ukrinform, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, stated this on Telegram.
"At 11:00, Russian terrorists shelled a public transport stop in the Korabelnyi district of Kherson. This enemy strike took the life of a woman, whose identity is currently being established," Prokudin wrote.
He added that two women, aged 41 and 48, were also injured. They were taken to the hospital by ambulance with shrapnel wounds, concussions, blast injuries, and closed head trauma.
According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, a 24-year-old paramedic providing aid to the wounded was also injured during a second strike.
Later, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko, reported two more injured in the Korabelnyi district – a 10-year-old girl and her mother, who sustained concussions, blast injuries, and closed head trauma.
Earlier, Shanko had reported a massive Russian strike on residential areas in the Korablevskyi district, which caused power outages for some residents.
As reported earlier, two women had been injured in the district during shelling the evening before.
