Drone attack on Kharkiv: Injury toll rises to five

In Kharkiv, the number of people affected by a UAV attack on the Nemyshlianskyi district has increased to five.

According to Ukrinform, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram.

"According to the investigation, on April 4 at approximately 09:15, a Russian drone struck a private residential area in the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv. Three men aged 39, 64, and 70 were injured. Two women suffered acute stress reactions," the statement said.

According to the report, the attack damaged private homes, outbuildings, and a car.

Preliminary data indicate that the Russian army used a 'Geran-2' type drone in the strike.

Earlier, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov had reported one injured person.

As reported, over the past day in the Kharkiv region, four civilians were killed and another 11 injured due to enemy shelling.
