Drones attack Ust-Luga Port in Leningrad region again

On the night of March 31, drones attacked the Leningrad region of the Russian Federation; among the damaged facilities was the Ust-Luga Port.

According to Ukrinform, the ASTRA Telegram channel reported this.

The attack was reported by Alexander Drozdenko, governor of the Leningrad region. According to him, 38 drones were shot down over the region by morning.

The governor stated that damage has occurred at the Ust-Luga Port, but did not specify its severity. A large portion of Russia’s oil exports passes through this port.

In addition, residential buildings in the village of Molodtsovo in the Kirovsky District were damaged in the attack, and casualties have been reported, Drozdzenko said.

As reported by Ukrinform, the port of Ust-Luga has already been attacked by drones several times over the past week. On March 25, a drone attack on the port damaged three oil tankers, five fuel tanks, three berths, and Novatek facilities. It was also attacked on March 29, after which a fire broke out at the port.
