Early Tuesday morning, March 31, a Russian attack drone struck the balcony of a third-floor apartment in an apartment building in Odesa, injuring a man.

According to Ukrinform, Oleh Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, reported this on Telegram.

According to him, the building’s facade was damaged, windows were shattered, and balconies on the second through fourth floors were destroyed. A fire broke out but was quickly extinguished by emergency responders.

A 50-year-old man sustained a laceration to his forearm. He is receiving all necessary medical care.

Emergency and utility services are on the scene.

As reported by Ukrinform, damage to residential buildings in the Prymorsky, Kyivsky, and Khadzhibey districts of Odesa was recorded following a Russian attack on March 28.
