Russian forces lose 970 troops and one air defense system in past 24 hours

Total combat losses of Russian forces from February 24, 2022, to March 31, 2026, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,297,670 personnel, including 970 over the past 24 hours.
This is stated in a Facebook post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as reported by Ukrinform.
The Russian army has also lost 11,826 (+2) tanks, 24,324 (+7) armored fighting vehicles, 39,110 (+61) artillery systems, 1,709 (+1) multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), 1,338 (+1) air defense systems, aircraft – 435 (+0), helicopters – 350 (+0), tactical-level UAVs – 208,827 (+2,296), cruise missiles – 4,491 (+0), ships/boats – 33 (+0), submarines – 2 (+0), vehicles and tankers – 86,359 (+199), special equipment – 4,105 (+0).

As reported by Ukrinform, as of 10:00 p.m. on March 30, there had been 120 combat engagements between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Russian invaders on the front lines.
