The Ukrainian Defense Ministry has tested a new generation of bomber drones at the Brave1 training ground.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

According to Fedorov, these bomber drones represent a Ukrainian innovation that has become indispensable on the battlefield. They can destroy infantry, vehicles, fortifications, and support frontline logistics.

"The new generation of bombers features longer range, higher payload capacity, secure communication, and the ability to operate from safe positions," the minister said.

Eighteen teams participated in the tests, each developing solutions tailored to specific frontline tasks.

Light bombers are fast and maneuverable, capable of carrying several kilograms and effectively targeting infantry and light vehicles.

Heavy bombers can carry payloads of tens of kilograms, designed to strike heavy equipment, fortifications, and carry out logistical missions.

Each drone underwent rigorous testing: 20 km under electronic warfare conditions, hitting targets, and returning safely. The focus was on maintaining a resilient, secure connection to enable operations at long distances.

Following the tests, several prototypes are ready for use under challenging conditions. The next steps include combat trials, scaling effective solutions, and delivering them to the frontline.
