War update: 46 clashes on front line since morning, two sectors remain most active

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Facebook, publishing operational information as of 16:00 on Monday, March 30.

Russian forces shelled the settlements of Bachivsk, Tovstodubove, Neskuchne, Sytne, Stepanivka, Korenok, Prohres, Iskryskivshchyna, Vovkivka, and Kharkivka in the Sumy region, as well as Kryvusha in the Chernihiv region, using artillery.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, one combat engagement took place. In this sector, the invaders have already carried out 47 shelling attacks today on settlements and positions of Ukraine’s Defense Forces, including one using a multiple launch rocket system.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian troops launched two assaults near Vovchansk and toward Khatnie.

In the Kupiansk sector, Russian forces attempted five times to improve their positions toward Novoosynove and Kupiansk.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy has not conducted offensive operations today.

In the Sloviansk sector, two clashes occurred near Rai-Oleksandrivka and Zakytne; one battle is still ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian forces have not yet launched offensive actions today.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, Russian troops carried out 11 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Kleban-Byk, Pleshchiivka, Novopavlivka, Stepanivka, and Sofiivka. One engagement is ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk sector, the invaders attempted 14 times to push Ukrainian forces from their positions near Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, and Molodetske. Three clashes are still ongoing.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, Russian forces conducted five assaults near Berezove, toward Oleksandrohrad and Verbove.

In the Huliaipole sector, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled six enemy attacks near Huliaipole and Bilohiria, toward Staroukrainka and Zaliznychne. One clash is still ongoing.

Russian aviation struck areas near Vozdvyzhivka, Novoselivka, Shyroke, and Charivne.

In the Orikhiv sector, Russian troops have not launched offensive actions today but carried out airstrikes on Orikhiv and Mala Tokmachka.

In the Prydniprovske sector, the invaders have also refrained from assault actions so far.

In other front-line sectors, the situation remains unchanged, with no signs of enemy advancement. Ukrainian forces continue to wear down Russian troops along the entire line of contact and in rear areas.

As Ukrinform previously reported, on the Sloviansk sector Ukrainian defenders destroyed a Russian crossing over the Bakhmutka River.
