Defense Forces strike Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant and Russian echelon

Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, a Russian military convoy, and a launcher belonging to the Russian S-400 Triumph mobile surface-to-air missile system.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

Specifically, in the area of the village of Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the destruction of an expensive launcher from the S-400 Triumph mobile surface-to-air missile system has been confirmed.

In the temporarily occupied part of the Luhansk region, the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, which the Russians use for the production of large-caliber ammunition, was struck. A large-scale fire was reported on the plant’s premises.

Yesterday, in the area of the temporarily occupied village of Novosvitlivka in the Luhansk region, strikes on a Russian military echelon were recorded.

In addition, over the past 24 hours, a series of strikes were delivered against Russian command posts and areas where enemy personnel were concentrated. Specifically, a UAV command post was struck in the Huliaipole area of the Zaporizhzhia region; in the vicinity of the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Belgorod region, an area where invading forces were concentrated, was struck.

Several enemy troop concentrations were struck in the areas of Berezove in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Basivka in the Sumy region, and Huliaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Russian casualties and the extent of the damage are currently being assessed. Available photographic and video evidence from independent sources confirms the accuracy of the operations carried out.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces struck Russian launchers for Gerbera/Shahed-type drones at Donetsk Airport.
