Ukrinform
The oil tanker P. Aliki, carrying approximately 650,000 barrels of Saudi crude oil to Pakistan, passed through the Strait of Hormuz along the coast of Iran.

According to Ukrinform, Bloomberg reported this.

Vessel-tracking data compiled by Bloomberg indicates that seven ships left the Persian Gulf on Saturday.

It is noted that, in addition to the oil tanker, two liquefied petroleum gas tankers and four bulk carriers left the gulf on Saturday.

All seven vessels took the northern route, which passes through a narrow channel between the two Iranian islands of Larak and Qeshm, as Tehran is tightening its control over the waterway.

At the same time, the overall level of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz remains low compared to the pre-war period.

Meanwhile, Iranian-linked oil tankers continue to transit the Strait of Hormuz with their transponders turned off. The average flow of shipments was about 1.6 million barrels per day during the first 23 days of March.

As reported by Ukrinform, Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul stated on Saturday that Bangkok had reached an agreement with Iran to ensure the safe passage of Thai oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz.
