Russian drones attack Chernihiv region, spark fire and kill one

A 95-year-old man was killed in the Chernihiv region as a result of a Russian drone strike.

According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service reported this on Facebook.

“A 95-year-old man was killed as a result of Russian drone strikes on one of the settlements in the Koriukivka district,” the statement said.

A fire broke out in a residential building.

Emergency response units arrived promptly at the scene and extinguished the fire.

As reported by Ukrinform, on March 26 in Chernihiv, a food processing plant and transportation infrastructure were damaged as a result of Russian drone attacks. A railway worker was injured.
