Russians attack Chernihiv region 28 times in 24 hours; one woman injured
According to Ukrinform, Viacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“In a village in the Novyi Bilous community, a 64-year-old woman who was working in her garden sustained shrapnel wounds during a drone attack. Medical personnel provided her with the necessary assistance,” Chaus said.
In total, over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 28 strikes on the region. The enemy attacks targeted businesses, the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration added.
In particular, in the Ripky community, a Geran drone struck a facility, damaging a hangar and a power line.
A combat drone struck one of the enterprises in Chernihiv.
The Russians attacked the Nizhyn district with Gerbera UAVs, resulting in hits on transportation infrastructure and private yards.
In the Novhorod-Siverskyi community, a house and cars were damaged by a UAV strike.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian drones attacked an agricultural enterprise in the Koriukivka district of Chernihiv region on the night of March 22.
