Fighters from the Lasar’s Group, a special unit of unmanned aerial systems within the Ukrainian National Guard (NGU), carried out a special operation during which they destroyed six enemy BM-21 “Grad” multiple rocket launchers in the Pokrovsk area.

According to Ukrinform, the unit reported this on Facebook and released a video of the combat operation.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces regularly use multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) to strike positions held by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Thanks to Lasar’s Group, the enemy’s capabilities have been significantly reduced.

According to military officials, the enemy’s equipment was located within the area of responsibility of the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces.

Lasar’s Group conducted joint analytical work with the 2nd “Shchedryk” Battalion of the 411th Separate “Yastruby” Unmanned Systems Brigade. Following this, comrades from “Shchedryk” reconnoitered the area where enemy assets were deployed and provided the information to Lasar’s Group.

“Lasar” drones were promptly deployed to hunt down Russian MLRS systems, and the fighters delivered precision strikes, destroying six BM-21 “Grad” units at once—equivalent to an entire battalion.

Thanks to the carefully planned actions of Lasar’s Group, the National Guard of Ukraine and the “Shchedryk” battalion managed to significantly reduce the fire pressure of Russian forces on the positions of Ukrainian infantry.

As reported by Ukrinform, operators of the 413th Regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces “Reid” struck a Russian R-330Zh “Zhytel” electronic warfare station in the Zaporizhzhia region.
