Russian drone strikes store in Slatyne, injuring two

On the evening of March 17, a Russian drone struck a store in Slatyne, Kharkiv Oblast, injuring two men.

According to Ukrinform, Viacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Derhachi City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.

“Today, around 6:30 p.m., a Russian FPV drone struck a store that was open for business in Slatyne,” Zadorenko noted.

According to him, two local residents, both 41 years old, sustained shrapnel wounds. One of them was hospitalized by medical personnel, while the other refused hospitalization.

“The man who was hospitalized is our utility driver, who survived the Russian FPV drone attack on a municipal garbage truck in Ruska Lozova on January 23,” Zadorenko reported.

He emphasized that the man’s life is not in danger.

As reported by Ukrinform, on January 23, two people were killed and three others were wounded as a result of a Russian strike on the Derhachi community. Russian forces also destroyed a municipal garbage truck in Ruska Lozova using an FPV drone. The driver and a loader managed to take cover.
