Injury toll from Russian airstrike on Zaporizhzhia rises to 19

The number of people injured in a Russian airstrike on Zaporizhzhia has risen to 19, including several children.

Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

He said that medical assistance was also required for a four-year-old boy.

Earlier reports said Russian forces struck the city with four guided aerial bombs, killing one person.

Among the injured are a 17-year-old boy in serious condition and a 15-year-old girl who suffered an acute stress reaction following the attack.
