Ukraine successfully integrates Storm Shadow missiles – British military expert
This is according to former RAF Aerospace Battle Manager Toby Dickinson in a comment to Ukrinform.
“The strike on Russia’s microelectronics factory is further evidence of the successful integration of Storm Shadow onto Ukraine’s Su-24 fleet,” he said.
Dickinson added that this also demonstrates Ukraine’s ability to degrade Russia’s military industrial capacity,”
The expert noted that Russia had to relocate a significant portion of its air defence assets from the rear to the frontline, where Ukraine is achieving success. At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces, he said, “have a good understanding of Russian air defences and was able to plan a route through the gaps.”
As previously reported by Ukrinform, in the evening of March 10, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out successful air-launched Storm Shadow strikes on the Kremniy EL microelectronics plant in Bryansk, a key facility in producing precision weapons for the Russian army.
