Russian drones attack evacuation vehicle of State Emergency Service in Zaporizhzhia region
According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service reported this on Facebook.
At the time of the attack, there were three rescuers and an elderly couple in the car, whom they were transporting from a village near the front line.
The enemy drones exploded near the vehicle. As a result of the strike, it became impossible to continue driving.
There were no casualties. The people were taken to Zaporizhzhia in another service car.
“This incident once again demonstrates the cynicism of the Russians: They even strike evacuation vehicles carrying rescuers and civilians,” the State Emergency Service noted.
As reported by Ukrinform, on March 8, the Russian army attacked rescuers while they were clearing up the aftermath of shelling in the Chuhuiv district of the Kharkiv region.
