Airstrike on Sloviansk: Injury toll rises to 17, two killed

In Sloviansk, the number of people injured as a result of an airstrike has increased to 17, including a child.

According to Ukrinform, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram.

"Enemy forces shelled one of the districts of Sloviansk, at least 2 people were killed and 17 injured, including a 14-year-old child," the statement said.

The prosecutor's office recalled that on the morning of March 10, 2026, Russian troops struck Sloviansk, and the occupiers targeted a densely populated residential area. One of the munitions hit an apartment building, while two others exploded near high-rise residential buildings. The consequences of the enemy attack are still being assessed.

As Ukrinform previously reported, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on Sloviansk on the morning of March 10, resulting in two civilian deaths and 11 people being injured.
