UDF destroys Russian armored column with drones on Huliaipole axis

According to Ukrinform, the 414th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade "Magyar's Birds" reported this on Telegram.

"Russians from the 40th Separate Mechanized Brigade once again tried to break through on the Huliaipole front. They failed to infiltrate with a small infantry group, but for unknown reasons they believed in their own strength and this time decided to ride in on armored vehicles," the statement said.

A tank, an armored fighting vehicle, and two quad bikes carrying troops that were moving along the Malynivka - Zelenyi Hai - Huliaipole route were detected in time by operators of the 414th Brigade "Magyar's Birds."

After that, drones from the 225th Separate Assault Regiment, the 5th Separate Kyiv Assault Brigade, and other units of Ukraine's Defense Forces joined the operation.

The equipment was burned, after which the enemy troops who tried to hide in residential buildings were eliminated.

As Ukrinform previously reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that in the south Ukraine's Defense Forces managed to restore control over 400-435 kilometers of territory, thereby disrupting Russian troops' plans for a spring offensive in that direction.
