Ballistic missile strike leaves two settlements without power in Mykolaiv region

Power outages occurred in the Bashtansky district of the Mykolaiv region as a result of a Russian ballistic missile strike.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitalii Kim, on Telegram.

According to him, "yesterday morning, the enemy struck the Bashtansky district, presumably with an Iskander-M ballistic missile. The attack damaged a farm warehouse and an overhead power line. Two settlements in the district were left without power, and 123 consumers are currently without electricity. Restoration work is ongoing. There were no casualties."

Yesterday, Russians attacked the Ochakiv community in the Mykolaiv district four times with FPV drones. 

Over the past day, air defense forces in the Mykolaiv region shot down/suppressed six Shahed 131/136 strike UAVs and various types of dummy drones, Kim added.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the evening of March 1, the Russians launched a ballistic missile strike on the Voznesensk district of the Mykolaiv region.
