Russian forces strike Zaporizhzhia region 754 time over past day, leaving two dead

Over the previous day, Russian invaders launched 754 attacks on 44 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the enemy strikes, two people were killed and four others were injured.

According to Ukrinform, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, stated this on Telegram.

"Russian troops carried out 28 airstrikes on Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Veselianka, Tersianka, Zirnytsia, Rizdvianka, Tavriiske, Samiilivka, Liubytske, Lisne, Rozivka, Barvinivka, Novopavlivka, Novoukrainka, Kopani, Dolynka, Vozdvyzhivka, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Zelene, Rivne, and Novodanylivka," Fedorov reported.

A total of 487 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV drones) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Serhiivka, Komyshuvakha, Novomykolaivka, Helendzhyk, Novooleksandrivka, Kanivske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Lukianivske, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Zelene, Olenokostiantynivka, Dobropillia, and Pryluky.

Four MLRS strikes were launched at Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, and Charivne.

In addition, 235 artillery strikes targeted the areas of Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Lukianivske, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Staroukrainka, Zelene, and Dobropillia.

As a result of enemy strikes on Zaporizhzhia city and the Zaporizhzhia district, two people were killed and four others were injured. Authorities received 56 reports of damage to residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.

As Ukrinform previously reported, the day before last Russian forces carried out 596 strikes on 41 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Two people were killed as a result of enemy attacks in the Polohy district.
