Enemies try to infiltrate near Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region

Major Hryhorii Shapoval, the spokesman for the Operation Task Force East, reported this in a comment to Ukrinform.

“Yes, the enemy is trying to infiltrate in small groups. [The invaders] are coming in, trying to occupy inter-positional lines, but our Defense Forces are conducting search and strike operations, and the enemies are being exterminated as much as possible,” Shapoval said.

According to him, the Russians are operating in small groups, trying to advance and gain a foothold between Ukrainian positions. At the same time, Defense Forces units are quickly detecting such attempts and inflicting damage.

“It has snowed, and thanks to the weather conditions, it is easier to detect the enemy,” the spokesman explained.

As reported by Ukrinform, Ukrainian defenders are conducting search and strike operations to prevent the enemy from infiltrating the village of Berestok in the Donetsk region.
