Air Defense Forces neutralize 91 out of 112 Russian drones since yesterday evening
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces stated this on Telegram.
Since 18:30 on Friday, February 13, Russia attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile from the Kursk region, as well as 112 strike drones of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types, and other drones from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), temporarily occupied Donetsk, and Hvardiiske (temporarily occupied Crimea). About 70 of the drones were of the Shahed type.
The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:30 on Saturday, February 14, air defense had shot down or suppressed 91 drones.
Impacts from 18 strike drones were recorded at 11 locations, as well as the fall of destroyed drone fragments at 2 locations.
The enemy drone attack continues, and the Defense Forces are continuing to repel the air strike.
As Ukrinform reported, during the night of February 14, Russian drones attacked Odesa, killing an elderly woman.
