War update: 50 battles on front line, almost half of them in Pokrovsk sector

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

The Ukrainian military is exhausting the enemy along the entire front and in the rear.

The Russian army has fired artillery at several settlements, including Serhiivske and Lisivshchyna in the Chernihiv region, Bezsalivka, Rohizne, Volfyne, Kucherivka, Seredyna-Buda, Budky, Shalyhyne, Iskryskivshchyna, Khodyne, and Novasylivka in the Sumy region.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, the Russians fired 52 times at populated areas and positions of Ukrainian defenders, including twice with multiple launch rocket systems. They also carried out an air strike.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, the invaders attacked three times in the areas of Prylipka and Marine. One combat engagement is ongoing.

In the Kupiansk sector, Russian troops are trying to advance toward Kurylivka and Novoosynove. A total of three combat clashes have been recorded in this section of the front today, all of which are ongoing.

In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy attacks in the Zarichne area and toward Drobysheve.

In the Sloviansk sector, the Russians made three attempts to advance on the positions of the Defense Forces toward Zakitne and Sviato-Pokrovske, in the Dronivka area. Two clashes are ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the invaders have not yet attacked today.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, Russian troops carried out three offensive actions near Shcherbynivka and Pleshchiivka. One attack is ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk sector, since the beginning of the day, the Russian army has made 23 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of Shakhove, Novyi Donbas, Pokrovsk, Svitle, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, and Novopavlivka, toward Ivanivka, Hannivka, and Rodynske. Defense Forces are holding back the offensive: 18 enemy attacks have already been repelled.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, the invaders attacked once in the area of Andriivka-Klevtsove.

In the Huliaipole sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 enemy attacks in the areas of Huliaipole, Nove Pole, Zelene, and Sviatopetrivka, as well as in the direction of Myrne. Four clashes are still ongoing.

In the Orikhiv sector, Russian troops attacked the defenders' positions once in the Prymorske area.

In the Prydniprovske sector, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy attack.

In other front sectors, the situation has not changed significantly.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian command is preparing armored groups to storm Ukrainian positions in the Oleksandrivka sector.
