War update: 63 clashes on front line since morning, Pokrovsk sector most active

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

The Ukrainian military is wearing down the enemy along the entire line of contact and in the rear.

Today Russian artillery struck areas of several settlements, including Tymonovychi in Chernihiv region, Bruskн, Pavlivka, Rohizne, Kozache, Iskrykivshchyna, and Ryzhivka in Sumy region.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, the occupiers attempted one offensive. They also shelled settlements and Defense Forces positions 55 times in these areas, including twice with multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian forces attacked five times near Vovchansk and Dvorichanske, toward Prylipka and Kutkivka.

In the Kupiansk sector, the Russians launched one attack toward Kurylivka. Clashes are ongoing.

In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled five enemy attacks near Serednie, Novoselivka, and Zarichne, toward Drobysheve and Stavky.

In the Slovyansk sector, the occupiers attempted to advance on Defense Forces positions near Dronivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, no offensive actions were conducted today.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the Russian army carried out eight offensive actions near Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, and Rusyn Yar, toward Novopalyvka and Sofiivka. Ine attack is still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk sector, since the start of the day, the occupiers made 28 attempts to push back Ukrainian troops from their positions in the areas of Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Kotlyne, Udachne, and Molodetske, toward Bilytske, Novooleksandrivka, Novopidhorodne, and Novopavlivka. The defenders are holding the line, repelling 21 enemy attacks so far.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, Russian forces attacked three times near Yehorivka and Zlahoda, toward Ostapivske. One clash is ongoing.

In the Huliaipole sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven enemy attacks near Huliaipole and Dorozhnianka, toward Dobropillia and Zelene. Six clashes are still ongoing.

Russian aviation struck Zaliznychne, Lisne, Hirke, Kopani, Dolynka, and Vozdvyzhivka.

In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovske sectors, the occupiers have not yet conducted offensive actions today.

In other sectors, the situation has not significantly changed.

As Ukrinform reported, Russian forces continue to probe the defense line along the border of Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
