Russia reports an attack by more than 100 drones on the night of Tuesday, January 6, causing a fire at an oil depot in the Lipetsk region.

This was reported by the ASTRA Telegram channel, according to Ukrinform.

On the night of January 6, residents of Usman in the Lipetsk region of the Russian Federation reported explosions and a fire. Governor Igor Artamonov confirmed a fire at an industrial facility in the Usman district after a drone crashed.

According to the resource, the fire occurred at Usmanskaya Oil Depot LLC in the village of Streletskie Khutora. According to open data, the company is engaged in the sale, storage, and transshipment of petroleum products, as well as providing services for the transportation of petroleum products.

Residents of Penza reported numerous explosions. ASTRA analyzed one of the eyewitness videos and concluded that the UAV struck a facility on the territory of Closed Joint Stock Company GATP-2 Penza (Freight Transport Enterprise No. 2). Various companies rent premises on the company's territory, making it impossible to determine exactly where the strike occurred.

Numerous explosions were also heard in Yaroslavl, in the area where the oil refinery and oil depot are located, and in Sterlitamak (Bashkortostan), where the Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant JSC (SNKHZ) is located, which has been attacked several times in the past.
