On Monday, January 5, operators from the 412th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade NEMESIS destroyed a Russian 9S32 radar station in the Donetsk region – a key component of the S-300V surface-to-air missile system.

This was reported by commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces Robert Madyar Brovdi on Facebook, along with video footage of the strike, Ukrinform saw.

“The SBS birds from the 412th Brigade Nemesis worked using the Middle Strike system. The S-300V is a Soviet-era air defense missile system designed to protect critical military assets and troop groupings, providing both anti-missile and anti-air defense. The destroyed 9S32 radar is a crucial component of the S-300V system – it guides 12 missiles simultaneously at six different targets,” Brovdi explained.

He emphasized that the strike targeted both the radar and guidance station of the system, neutralizing a key part of Russia’s air defense capability.
