Russians launch 737 strikes on Zaporizhzhia region over past day, injuring two civilians
According to Ukrinform, Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
Overnight on January 2, the enemy launched another drone strike on Zaporizhzhia.

"Russian forces carried out nine airstrikes on Bilenke, Zapasne, Huliaipole, Sviatopetrivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Zelene, Pryluky, and Tsvitkove," Fedorov wrote.

Additionally, 449 drones of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Kushuhum, Chervonodniprovka, Bilenke, Mariivka, Hryhorivske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Komyshuvakha, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Preobrazhenka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Dorozhnianka, Varvarivka, and Solodke.

Four strikes from multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) hit Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, and Solodke.

Meanwhile, 275 artillery strikes were reported in Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Dorozhnianka, Varvarivka, and Solodke.

Two people were wounded as a result of enemy attacks in the Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts.
Authorities also received 54 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure.
As previously reported, in the evening of January 1, Zaporizhzhia was again hit by a massive drone strike, with explosions and fires reported in the city.
