Russian forces attacked the civilian vessels Emmakris III and Captain Karam with strike drones as the latter was entering a port to load wheat, leaving civilians injured.

The Ukrainian Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

The Navy stressed that “ports and civilian shipping are civilian infrastructure facilities. Attacks on them pose a threat to civilian lives and undermine global food security.”

“Deliberate strikes on civilian objects constitute a conscious war crime. The Russian Federation is a terrorist state,” the Navy emphasized.
