The National Police published photos of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast, which was destroyed by Russian troops.

According to Ukrinform, the National Police reported this on Facebook and published photos.

“Until recently, there was a city here: 20 km from Kramatorsk. A city that for decades thrived on industry, work, and movement has now been turned into a wasteland. High-rise buildings have been burned down. A kindergarten has been destroyed. A church has been demolished,” the statement said.

In 2022, 78,179 people lived in Kostiantynivka, but today the Russians are literally wiping out every neighborhood, every street.

“And the pace of this destruction is record-breaking even for this war,” the police noted.

The photos were taken by an aerial reconnaissance officer of the “Hyzhak” brigade with the call sign Fanat. He sees all this from above every day.

“There is no place left alive in Kostiantynivka. And all because of country 404. Once a large working city, it has been turned into ruins. A cry from the soul...,” Fanat said.

The 24th Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo published a video report from Kostiantynivka on YouTube.

“The enemy is indiscriminately striking residential areas, churches, and civilian infrastructure with all types of weapons. It is mining roads to shops and attacking civilian cars with drones,” the brigade said.
