AFU establishing additional logistics routes to Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the East group of troops.
Units of the Defense Forces in the area of responsibility of the East Operational Command repelled 90 Russian assaults in the past 24 hours.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 52 Russian assault actions near Volodymyrivka, Mayak, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Novoekonomichne, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, and toward Novopavlivka.
On December 2, Ukrainian forces neutralized 130 Russian invaders in this sector, 90 of them were killed.
Additionally, 19 drones, five vehicles, a tank, and an armored combat vehicle were destroyed. One vehicle was damaged, and five Russian shelters were struck.
In Pokrovsk, search-and-assault operations and enemy elimination in urban areas are ongoing.
In Myrnohrad, Ukrainian units are holding defensive lines and eliminating invaders approaching the town.
Additional logistics routes to Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad are being organized to ensure Ukrainian units receive all necessary supplies.
The military emphasized that in the area of responsibility of the East Operational Command, the enemy continues to suffer the greatest losses. In the past 24 hours, they it lost 517 personnel.
Furthermore, 820 UAVs of various types and 46 units of other weapons and equipment, including five tanks, were destroyed.
The military noted that Ukraine’s Defense Forces are focusing not only on eliminating Russian infantry but also on drone operators. In the past 24 hours, 15 Russian drone crews were neutralized.
Rocket troops and artillery units carried out 1,107 fire missions.
As reported by Ukrinform, on December 2, 201 combat engagements between Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders were recorded along the frontline.
