Russian army attacking on nearly all axes, Pokrovsk, Lyman remain hottest sectors

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Facebook in an operational update as of 16:00 on Wednesday, November 26, according to Ukrinform.

Russian artillery once again shelled border settlements, including Kucherivka, Starykove, Bobylivka, Bila Bereza, Vovkivka, Buniakyne, and Kozache in the Sumy region, as well as Kliusy, Halahanivka, and Hremiachka in the Chernihiv region.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy attacks. Russian forces used aviation four times on this front segment, dropping nine guided bombs and conducting 96 strikes, one of them with an MLRS.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian positions ten times near Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Dvorichanske, and toward Kolodiazne. Five battles are still ongoing.

In the Kupiansk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled four enemy assaults near Pishchane and Petropavlivka, with one more engagement still ongoing.

In the Lyman sector, Russian troops launched 35 attacks near Hrekivka, Novovodiane, Novoiehorivka, Kopanky, Serednie, Ridkodub, Karpivka, and Zarichne, as well as toward Lyman and Drobysheve. Ukrainian forces successfully halted 16 assaults, with fighting ongoing in 19 locations.

In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy attempted six advances near Yampil, Serebrianka, Dronivka, Vyimka, Sakko i Vantsetti. Two engagements are still underway.

In the Kramatorsk sector, two clashes continue in the area of Chasiv Yar. Russian forces also attempted to advance toward Predtechyne.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 24 attacks near Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Rusyn Yar, and toward Kostiantynivka. Seven engagements are still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian forces launched 41 attempts to push Ukrainian troops back from their positions near Volodymyrivka, Fedorivka, Nykanorivka, Chervonyi Lyman, Rodynske, Novoekonomichne, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Yalta, and Dachne. Three clashes are ongoing.

In the Oleksandrohrad sector, the invaders attacked Ukrainian positions eight times near Ivanivka, Oleksiivka, Pryvilne, and Krasnohirske.

In the Huliaipole sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped six enemy attempts to advance near Zatyshshia, Solodke, Yablukove, Zelenyi Hai, and toward Huliaipole. Three engagements are ongoing.

Enemy aircraft struck Vozdvyzhivka and Huliaipole.

In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled a Russian attack near Prymorske.

In the Dnipro River sector, the enemy has not engaged in combat today.

No significant changes were reported in other sectors of the frontline.
