Russians strike Sumy region over 40 times in 24 hours, child wounded
According to Ukrinform, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook.
A 9-year-old child was wounded in the Sumy community due to an enemy UAV attack, the report said.
Most of the attacks were recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts.
Russian troops used guided aerial bombs, dropped VOGs from UAVs, fired from MLRS, and attacked the Sumy region with FPV drones.
In the Sumy community, a private house, a farm building, a civilian infrastructure facility, and a State Emergency Service vehicle were damaged.
In the Krasnopilia community, a non-residential building was damaged, and in the Vorozhba community, private residential buildings and non-residential buildings were damaged.
In the Esman community, a house and the surrounding area were destroyed.
In the Shalyhyne community, there is damage to an apartment building.
Additionally, it was established that in the Znob-Novgorod community, a house and the adjacent territory were damaged, and there was also damage to an apartment building.
One person was evacuated from the border communities of Sumy region during the day.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the afternoon of November 24, Russian invaders attacked the Sumy community with strike drones. In Sumy, a fire broke out after the explosion. Some areas of the city were left without power.
