Russian attacks on Kharkiv region leave six civilians injured
This was reported on Telegram by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, according to Ukrinform.
“Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv prosecutor’s office, pre-trial investigations have been launched under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — war crimes. Prosecutors, together with police investigators, are documenting the consequences of Russia’s armed aggression,” the report states.

According to the investigation, in the afternoon of November 16, UAVs attacked Kharkiv’s Kholodnohirskyi district. The territory of a football field and a warehouse of an enterprise were damaged.
Also today, around 14:00, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on the village of Starovirivka in Kupiansk district. Residential houses and outbuildings were damaged. A 52-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.

Approximately between 15:20 and 16:00, enemy FPV drones struck the village of Liutivka in Bohodukhiv district. A private property was damaged and a car destroyed. Two men were injured.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces targeted Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv with a drone strike.
