Russian attack on Kyiv: debris damage, injury reports in eight districts

As a result of the attack by the Russian armed forces, debris falls were recorded in eight districts of Kyiv.

Kyiv Mayor, Vitaliy Klitschko, stated this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"As a result of the massive combined attack on the capital, as of 02:20 on November 14, damage to residential buildings has been recorded in several districts of the capital. Medics have hospitalized two injured people," the report says.

In the Darnytskyi district, debris fell into the yard of a residential building as well as onto the grounds of an educational institution. In addition, a car caught fire due to falling debris.

In the Dniprovskyi district, three apartment buildings and a private household were damaged, and a fire broke out in an open area.

In the Podilskyi district, five residential buildings and a non-residential building were damaged.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, debris caused a fire in an open area near a medical facility, as well as in a non-residential building.

In the Holosiivskyi district, debris caused a fire in a medical facility, and a non-residential building was also damaged.

In the Desnianskyi district, fires broke out in two residential buildings.

In the Solomianskyi district, a fire was recorded on the roof of a residential building.

In the Sviatoshynskyi district, debris caused a fire in a private house.

Klitschko notes that medics and emergency rescue services are working at all locations. Power and water supply disruptions are possible in the city.

As Ukrinform reported, an air raid alert was declared across Ukraine due to the takeoff in Russia of a MiG-31K fighter jet, a carrier of Kinzhal-type missiles.
