Ukrainian units withdraw from Rivnopillia, enemy advance halted – Southern Defense Forces
According to Ukrinform, the Southern Defense Forces reported this on Facebook.
"In the Zaporizhzhia region, intense fighting continues. On the Oleksandrohrad and Huliaipole directions, the enemy continues massive shelling and has intensified assault actions near the settlements of Pryvilne, Zelenyi Hai, Rivnopillia, Pavlivka, Vorone, Stepove, and Novopavlivske. On the late evening of November 11, 2025, as a result of concentrated fire on our positions in the Rivnopillia sector, Ukrainian units moved to more advantageous lines to preserve the lives of personnel," the statement reads.
It is noted that the enemy's advance has been halted. Operations to block and strike the enemy continue. Fierce fighting also continues along other sections of the front in these directions.
According to the press service, a total of 25 combat engagements have been recorded in the area. The enemy continues to suffer heavy losses while attempting to advance, with 58 personnel eliminated and nearly 30 wounded just in the past 24 hours.
As Ukrinform reported, there were 217 combat engagements between Ukrainian forces and Russian invaders yesterday, with the heaviest pressure from the enemy in the Pokrovsk sector.
