Russian drone attack on Sumy gas station leaves four injured

“According to the investigation, on October 30, 2025, at around 11:15, the enemy launched a drone strike at one of the gas stations in the city of Sumy. As of 12:15, four people were reported injured: a 65-year-old woman and three men aged 36, 38 and 54,” the statement said.
It was noted that prosecutors, in coordination with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the strike.
Under the procedural supervision of the Sumy City District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the commission of war crimes (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier reports indicated that a Russian drone hit one of the Sumy’s districts. At around 11:16, an explosion was heard in the city.
According to the State Emergency Service in Sumy region, a strike UAV hit a gas station in the Zarichnyi district of the city. At the scene, rescuers inspected the area, cleared damaged structures, and ensured fire safety.
As reported earlier, over the past day Russian forces carried out 29 attacks on 24 settlements in Sumy region, killing one man.
