SSU drones strike Russian surface-to-air missile system worth $20 million, two oil depots, and radars in Crimea

Last night, strike drones from the SSU's Special Operations Center “A” attacked Russian military and infrastructure facilities in temporarily occupied Crimea.

This was reported to Ukrinform by sources in the SSU.

"The Russians lost a Pantsir-S2 surface-to-air missile system worth about $20 million. It is one of the key elements of the enemy's air defense. The enemy also lost two radar stations. Each such destroyed or disabled air defense system significantly weakens the Russian Federation's defense in the Crimean sector," the agency's interlocutor noted.

In addition, Special Operations Center “A” drones struck an oil depot in the village of Hvardiiske, where fuel was stored. A large-scale fire broke out at the facility, sending up a huge plume of black smoke. The drone hit at the Komsomolskaya oil depot was also recorded.

“The SSU continues its systematic work to destroy the air defense systems covering Crimea and the oil depots that supply the enemy with fuel. Each such special operation reduces the military and logistical potential of the Russians. The explosions will continue,” the source said.

As reported by Ukrinform, earlier Telegram channels wrote that the occupied Crimea was attacked by drones on the morning of October 29, after which fires broke out in the village of Hvardiiske in the Simferopol district and in Simferopol.
