Infrastructure damaged as Russians attack Dnipropetrovsk region

Russian forces launched drone and artillery strikes on Nikopol, Pavlohrad, and Synelnykove districts in Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging infrastructure.

Acting Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Vladyslav Haivanenko reported this on Telegram, as cited by Ukrinform.

“The enemy terrorized Nikopol district, including the district center, Pokrovske, and Myrove communities, using FPV drones and artillery,” Haivanenko said.

In Pavlohrad district, drone strikes damaged local infrastructure. In Pokrovske community of Synelnykove district, a drone attack also caused infrastructure damage and a fire. No casualties were reported.

Ukrainian air defense forces shot down six Russian drones over Dnipropetrovsk region during the overnight attack.

As reported by Ukrinform, on October 20, Russian troops carried out heavy missile and drone strikes on Pavlohrad district, injuring 16 people.
