Explosions heard in Zaporizhzhia, air defense systems activated

The explosions heard in Zaporizhzhia during the air raid alert were the result of air defense systems being activated.
According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported this on Telegram.
“Residents of Zaporizhzhia, the sounds of explosions you heard a few minutes ago are the work of our sky guards. Preliminary reports indicate no damage or casualties,” Fedorov said.
According to him, an air raid alert has been issued throughout the region.
The Ukrainian Air Force warned of the launch of guided bombs by enemy tactical aircraft on Zaporizhzhia.
As reported by Ukrinform, over the past 24 hours, the occupiers have launched 667 strikes on 17 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.
