Russian military hit Kharkiv with precision guided bombs, leaving injured casualties and the city partially blacked out
The enemy struck the city with KAB precision guided bombs, according to preliminary reports published on Telegram by Oleh Syniehubov, the head of Military Administration for the Kharkiv Region.
"More detailed information is being obtained," he wrote.
Kharkiv city mayor Ihor Terekhov specified citing preliminary reports that the Slobidskyi District was targeted in the attack.
He later added that an intense fire was also reported in the Saltivskyi District as a result of the strikes.
"According to the provided preliminary information, the hit destroyed an outbuilding at a healthcare facility, Terekhov reported after some time.
The attack injured four people and damaged at least 12 private cars, the city mayor reported, and added, “Three districts of Kharkiv have been left partially blacked out as a result of the strikes”.
As Ukrinform reported, a Russian drone strike on Kharkiv damaged a hostel accommodating internally displaced persons.
