China provides Russia with satellite data for missile strikes on Ukraine — intelligence
This was reported by Oleh Aleksandrov, an employee of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, in a comment to Ukrinform.
“There is evidence of a high level of cooperation between Russia and China in conducting satellite reconnaissance of Ukraine's territory to identify and reconnoiter strategic targets for destruction. At the same time, as we have seen in recent months, these targets may belong to foreign investors,” he said.
The intelligence service has so far refused to disclose more details about the objects on the territory of Ukraine that were hit using Chinese satellite intelligence data.
As reported, on August 21, as a result of a Russian missile attack, the U.S. company Flex Ltd in Mukachevo, Zakarpattia, was destroyed.
Earlier, in an interview with Ukrinform, Oleh Ivashchenko, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, said that China supplies special chemicals, gunpowder, and machine tools to 20 Russian military factories. According to him, by the beginning of 2025, 80% of critical electronics for Russian drones were of Chinese origin.
