Injury toll from Russian missile strike on Balakliia rises to 10

One person was killed and ten others were injured in Russia's October 1 missile strike on Balakliia in the Kharkiv region.
That is according to the main department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, Ukrinform reports.
"An 88-year-old local woman was killed at the scene. Ten people sought medical assistance, among them a four-year-old child," the statement said.
Police specified that the child was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
A residential apartment building, a cafe, kiosks, a pharmacy, cars, and other infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Investigators have opened criminal proceedings for a war crime under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
