War update: 187 clashes on frontline, Ukrainian forces repel 58 Russian assaults in Pokrovsk sector
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Facebook in an update on the operational situation as of 08:00 on Monday, September 15.
The enemy carried out three missile strikes using seven missiles, along with 79 airstrikes, dropping 117 guided bombs on the positions of Ukrainian units and civilian settlements.
In addition, Russian forces launched 4,945 attacks, including 117 with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), and deployed 6,337 attack drones.
Russian airstrikes targeted Bilohiria and Zaliznychne in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as Olhivka, Kherson region.
Ukrainian aircraft, missile, and artillery units struck two concentrations of enemy personnel and two Russian artillery systems.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, 11 engagements were recorded. The enemy launched two missile strikes and 15 airstrikes, using five missiles and 28 guided bombs, and carried out 193 shelling attacks, including three with MLRS.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, ten engagements were recorded near Vovchansk and toward Odradne.
In the Kupiansk sector, nine enemy assaults were repelled near Nova Kruhliakivka, Radkivka, Kindrashivka, Kupiansk, and Stepova Novoselivka.
In the Lyman sector, 19 assaults were recorded near Stavky, Shandryholove, Derylove, Kolodiazi, Drobysheve, and Torske.
In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 25 enemy attacks near Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, Dronivka, Vyimka, and Fedorivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, nine engagements were recorded near Stupochky, Chasiv Yar, and Oleksandro-Shultyne.
In the Toretsk sector, 14 enemy assaults were repelled near Pleshchiivka, Katerynivka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Poltavka, Shcherbynivka, Sofiivka, and Stepanivka.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 58 Russian assault operations near Fedorivka, Nykanorivka, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Sukhetske, Promin, Lysivka, Udachne, Novopidhorodnie, Shaktove, Vilne, Zvirove, Molodetske, Novoukrainka, Filiia, Dachne, Novoivanivka, and in the direction of Novopavlivka.

In the Novopavlivka sector, 21 Russian attacks were repelled near Ivanivka, Yalta, Voskresenka, Novoivanivka, Maliivka, Tovste, Oleksandrohrad, Ternove, Berezove, Temyrivka, Komyshuvakha, and Olhivske.
In the Huliaipole sector, one enemy assault repelled near Poltavka.
In the Orikhiv sector, two Russian assaults were recorded near Novoandriivka and Stepnohirsk.
In the Dnipro River sector, five enemy assaults were repelled.
