Russian army strikes Kostiantynivka with drones, artillery, and missiles, five wounded

Russian troops struck Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region with artillery, drones, and aerial bombs; five people were wounded in the attacks, and some of the victims may be trapped under rubble.

According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration, Serhii Horbunov, reported this on Facebook.

“The occupiers carried out another round of shelling on the city of Kostiantynivka, resulting in damage to civilian infrastructure and injuries to peaceful residents. The enemy fire was carried out with tube artillery, FPV drones, and FAB-500 aerial bombs,” the post says.

According to Horbunov, as a result of the artillery shelling, a civilian was wounded and sought help at a medical facility in the city of Druzhkivka. Four hits were recorded in the city, damaging eight private houses and one apartment building.

A car was damaged as a result of the shelling of the city by an FPV drone.

According to the official, four civilians were injured as a result of the FAB-500 air strike and are likely still trapped under the rubble. Multi-story buildings and a parking lot were damaged.

“We urge everyone who is still in the frontline areas and needs to be evacuated — don't delay!” Horbunov wrote.

As reported, 12 more civilians were evacuated from the Kostiantynivka community, which is suffering from Russian shelling.
