77 battles on frontline, Pokrovsk sector remains most intense.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

Today, the Russians fired artillery and mortars at Novovasylivka, Bila Bereza, Starykove, Hirky, Doroshivka, Kruzhok, and Shalyhine in the Sumy region, as well as Zaliznyi Mist and Orlykivka in the Chernihiv region.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Ukrainian defenders have already repelled two enemy attacks, with two more clashes ongoing. Russian aviation used seven guided bombs in these front areas, firing 76 times at local positions of the Defense Forces and populated areas, including six times with multiple launch rocket systems.

“At the same time, Ukrainian units took active measures and were successful in certain areas,” the General Staff said.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, an enemy attack continues in the Vovchansk area.

In the Kupiansk sector, the Defense Forces repelled an attack by Russian troops in the Myrne area.

In the Lyman sector, the invaders attacked Ukrainian positions five times in the areas of Kolodiazi and Torske, as well as toward Shandryholove. Four combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Siversk sector, the Russian army twice attempted to advance in the areas of Hryhorivka and Vyimka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the Russians carried out three offensive operations in the areas of Minkivka and Stupochky, toward Bondarne.

In the Toretsk sector, the invaders made five attempts to break through the defenses in the areas of Toretsk, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, and Poltavka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Russian troops made 31 attempts to advance in the areas of Rodynske, Myroliubivka, Promin, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novopidhorodne, Dachne, and Novoukrainka, toward Toretske, Novoekonomichne, and Novopavlivka. The defenders are holding back the offensive: 25 enemy attacks have already been repelled.

In the Novopavlivka sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 11 assaults by the Russian army. Six more clashes are ongoing. The enemy is trying to advance in the areas of Zelenyi Hai, Maliivka, Novoiehorivka, Zelene Pole, Zaporizke, Obratne, Olhivske, and Poltavka.

In the Huliaipole and Orikhiv sectors, the invaders have not yet carried out any offensive actions today.

In the Prydniprovske sector, the Defense Forces repelled two Russian attacks carried out in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge.

Mykolaivka was subjected to enemy air strikes.
