Ukrainian forces strike Ryazan oil refinery – CCD

The Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) of Ukraine’s Armed Forces carried out a strike on the Ryazan oil refinery in Russia.
According to Ukrinform, the news was shared on Telegram by Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council.
“The Ryazan oil refinery. Excellent work by the Unmanned Systems Forces,” Kovalenko wrote.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Major Robert Brovdi, commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, stated that in August, USF units—working in coordination with other components of the Defense Forces—conducted 17 strikes on Russian oil refining infrastructure.
