In addition, according to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian defenders conducted active counter-battery fire throughout August.

The Defense Forces hit or destroyed 1,304 enemy artillery systems. This is equivalent to the strength of nearly 73 artillery divisions.
