Russian attack on Kyiv: Injury toll rises to eight, one dead

The number of people injured in the overnight Russian drone and missile attack on Kyiv has risen to eight, with one person confirmed dead.

Tymur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"As of now, we have eight people injured as a result of the enemy attack," Tkachenko wrote.

Initial reports indicated seven injured and one person killed.
