Under the procedural guidance of the Oleshky District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched for violations of the laws and customs of war that resulted in the death of a person.
In a statement on Telegram, Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, wrote: “Russian terrorists have taken yet another child’s life in Kherson region. In the village of Pravdyne, Bilozerka community, Russian forces attacked a one-year-old boy and an elderly woman who were in the yard of a home.”
